This research was motivated by a decline in the use of the Learning Monitoring Information System Application (SIPP). Essentially, SIPP has been launched since 2021. Over time, the SIPP application has shown suboptimal utilization by its users. Furthermore, the SIPP application has not yet been utilized to support HR management processes in their units. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that influence the satisfaction of using the existing SIPP application. Subsequently, the researcher will design a prototype of SIPP version 2 based on user input and needs. This research employs a mixed methods approach. The quantitative research uses questionnaires to discover which factors influence satisfaction with the current use of the SIPP application. In the development of the questionnaire, the author employs the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Method. Five independent variables measured are Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness, which are connected to the dependent variable of Application System Usage Satisfaction. The data is processed using Regression Analysis, which reveals that the factors of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness collectively have a significant impact on satisfaction with the use of the application system. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis is conducted through interview techniques to design the SIPP version 2 prototype according to user needs. The research results indicate that there are many inputs, especially regarding data accuracy. Data must be up-to-date in real-time. Data validation is also a concern of respondents so that data can be downloaded and adjusted according to user needs.
