This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership actualization and public service competence among participants of supervisory leadership training at the Ministry of Finance from 2020 to 2023. Competency development for Supervisory Officials contributes to the actualization of their leadership to meet managerial and social cultural competencies, especially in improving public services. Leadership education and training in the public sector can be reflected as transformative learning. This is because participants are considered adult learners. Therefore, they are expected to shift towards a more inclusive, different, and integrative perspective of experiences through social action. Previous literature has conducted research based on qualitative testing through interview instruments. This study will fill the research gap by using assessment data from training participants to be more objective. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data analysis method employed is aided by SMART-PLS to obtain more in-depth testing results. The results show that within the Leadership Actualization variable, only the evaluation of leadership actualization products, such as the planning and implementation of change action projects, has a significant influence compared to the evaluation of field learning. Additionally, the research results also indicate a positive and significant correlation between leadership actualization and service competence in leadership training held from 2020 to 2023.
