Vol. 17 No. 3 (2024): Jurnal BPPK: Special Issue
This special issue is dedicated to publishing the best articles from the 4th WCO RTC Indonesia International Conference 2024, organized by the Indonesian Customs and Excise Education and Training Center under the Ministry of Finance. The conference carried the theme "Building A Seamless Future Through Disruptive Technologies in Customs and Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration."
Held in a hybrid format on October 8–9, 2024, the event served as a pivotal platform for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the adoption of disruptive technologies such as blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics in creating "Smart Customs." The conference also emphasized the critical role of cross-institutional collaboration in optimizing international trade management, enhancing compliance, and fostering transparency.
