This descriptive-quantitative research explores HRIS data and Employee Statistics as well as  surveys of MoF employees related to training preferences and short courses when conducted by Pusdiklat KM in addition to overseas executive training. The results show that there are HR analytics although only at the simplest phase because data analysis in the Employee Statistics is only for administrative functions in the form of data collection and simple descriptive statistics. Diagnostic, predictive or prescriptive analyzes have not yet been performed. Meanwhile, the survey showed that out of assessed 2,729 respondents or out of 9,438 total respondents, only 7 and 30 respondents, respectively, had no competency preferences based on either Permenpan 38/2017 or PMK 219/2017. The rest chose one or more competencies based on these regulations, in addition to demonstrating all of these competencies can be done by Pusdiklat KM for all employees, including echelon officials who still have competency gaps.
